- production of color/additive masterbatches starting from base polymers and inorganic/organic pigments or from monopigmented pre-dispersed granules and additional base polymers
- production of white or black masterbatches
- production of compounded pellets of a wide variety of formulations / purposes (e.g.: PO with mineral fillers, PA or PO with glass fibers, hot-melts, etc.)
- recycling waste materials into pellets addressed to various enduses
- in special extrusion sections to be integrated with downstream equipment for various applications (e.g.: one-step continuous production of staple fibers, thermoformable sheets, pipes, profiles with compounding in-line; including LFT; often in combination with recycling of waste materials like bottle flakes; reliable solutions for PET dryerless extrusion; lines for foamed PET, PP); in lines for continuous polymerization of TPU.
